Kelly reflects on her experiences teaching in the Electrical Joint Training Committee program, sharing insights into her efforts to empower future generations of tradespeople, particularly women. From establishing the first women's committee for the IBEW in Canada to advocating for structural changes like accessible childcare, Kelly's dedication to equity and inclusivity shines through.
 
Kelly's optimism for the future of women in trades is palpable. Through her advocacy and personal journey, she envisions a world where gender is irrelevant in job roles, paving the way for a more inclusive and supportive environment for all aspiring tradespeople.
